GelaTerùn is a pop-up gelato cart from the family behind Terùn Pizzeria. It carries four flavors at a time, all handmade by hila gelato in San Francisco, and we swap them out often.
Our hours pop up too. We post when the cart is open on Instagram, so follow along and come find us.

There's no fixed menu. The lineup changes with the seasons and whatever hila is making, so every visit tastes a little different.

Handmade gelato, Sicilian recipes
hila takes its spirit from an old Sicilian saying, tavola è trazzera: the table is a passing place. A trazzera was a country road where people crossed paths on their way to the fields, and hila's gelato is made in that same spirit of bringing people together.
Every flavor is made by hand from Italian recipes, with fresh local ingredients and only natural, sustainable products. Their San Francisco kitchen even runs on solar power.
